The number of files in enforcement offices in Turkey has reached 25 million

The citizen, who could not pay his debt due to the crisis in the economy, is in trouble with the execution files. While the number of foreclosure files in Turkey exceeds 25 million, cattle, farms and factories are among those sold foreclosure.

Throughout Turkey, over 5 thousand real estates, including 2200 agricultural lands, 1863 residences, 450 workplaces, 214 apartments, 22 farms, 7 touristic facilities, as well as 232 vehicles, machinery and equipment of factories and facilities in 25 different branches are on sale. In addition to the shares, 34 patents and trademarks belonging to corporations will be sold within 2 months through enforcement.

THE SITUATION IN AGRICULTURE IS BAD

Agriculture is one of the most affected sectors among those who cannot pay their debts due to rising input costs. The goods of animal producers who cannot pay their debts are confiscated one by one. One of these foreclosures took place in Balıkesir. Creditor institutions and individuals seized 97 Holstein and Simental special breed cattle from two separate producers.

Balıkesir 3rd Enforcement Office has put up for sale 97 cattle that it has seized in order to allocate the receivable. A total of 1 million 150 thousand liras is requested for the confiscated animals. The auction of animals will take place on October 18.

A second animal tender came from the Lüleburgaz 1st Enforcement Office. Again, six cattle were put up for sale by enforcement. The cattle are planned to be sold for 500 thousand TL.

MARBLE FACTORY

The natural stone processing factory in Diyarbakir is also among those sold out of execution. The estimated cost of the factory, which is still active and has an area of ​​900 thousand square meters, including the machines, is 2 million liras.

In addition to the goods, real estate and machinery sold by foreclosure, the brands and patents of large companies that could not pay their debts were also put up for sale. The value of the sales advertisement, which includes 75 patents and brands belonging to companies located in Istanbul, Afyonkarahisar and Kocaeli, reaches 19 million liras.

MILLION MILLION VEHICLES

It is noteworthy that among the 232 vehicles sold through foreclosure, there are luxury brands worth millions, and there are seven ships, yachts and boats worth 20 million. The number of hotels and touristic facilities sold out of execution is 9. Their sales value reaches millions of liras.
