Yigit, who brought the honey in buckets of thousands of bees to the village for his private customers, started to send it to countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Iran and Iraq over time.

Stating that one of the 4 rock honey nests he found on the skirts of Cilo Mountain was attacked by bears and ate all the honey, Yiğit said that he aims to earn approximately 80 thousand TL by collecting 40 kilograms of rock honey from the remaining 3 nests. Stating that he obtained rock honey with hard work on the skirts of Cilo Mountain, Adil Yiğit said, “I have been farming for years. I take care of these bee nests, which I discovered 10 years ago, every year, and I keep watch for months. I check them every spring and buy the honey in the fall. The honey produced here is completely natural honey, which yields nearly 40 kilos of honey. It is very popular because it is natural honey. Norwegian friends I met online ask me every year, and I send them privately. So we ship to different countries of the world. We are currently selling rock honey for 2 thousand 500 TL. Today, we went to the mountain under the hot sun and we extracted the honey from thousands of bees and put it in the hives. It looks more fertile this year,” he said.
