“We respectfully welcome the departure of the Egyptian Foreign Minister from the meeting, but we do not approve of it. In addition, the Baa government had sent a letter to the Arab League stating that “It would not be appropriate for Mengu to preside over the session in the General Assembly representing Libya and that he was the legitimate government of Libya”.
