In addition to killing Knell and Pierce, Fuller pleaded guilty to 51 more crimes between 2008 and November 2020, including 44 legal charges related to 78 victims in morgues.
According to The Independent Turkish report, Fuller attacked his victims in the morgues of the now closed Kent and Sussex Hospital in Pembury and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, where he has worked as an electrician since 1989.
Assaults include sexually penetrating a body, possessing an excessively pornographic image of a body involving sexual assault, and making indecent images of children.
Judge Cheema-Grubb branded Fuller a “vulture” in last year’s conviction and added that he would “spend every day of his life in prison”.
The police said the latest charges were linked to 23 other victims, all of whom were adult women, who allegedly died between 2007 and 2020.
The police statement said, “As a result of an extensive and complex process, 13 of these 23 victims have been identified. The remaining 10 victims have not been identified, but legal charges are treating all of them as victims.” Jonathan Michael will direct.
The investigation will be conducted in two separate parts, the first focusing on Fuller’s actions at Kent and Sussex Hospital, and the second focusing on the nationwide impact of Fuller’s actions.
