In this context; In August 2022, it increased by 1.98 percent compared to the previous month and increased by 116.98 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
Material index increased by 2.23 percent monthly
Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 2.23 percent, while the labor index increased by 1.16 percent.
On the other hand, compared to the same month of the previous year, there was an increase of 129.61 percent in the material index and 83.84 percent in the workmanship index.
There was an annual increase of 113.05 in building construction
Building construction cost index increased by 2.25 percent compared to the previous month and increased by 113.05 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
The material index, on the other hand, increased by 2.61 percent compared to the previous month, and the labor index increased by 1.17 percent.
In addition, compared to the same month of the previous year, there was an increase of 124.38 percent in the material index and 83.97 percent in the labor index.
1.10 percent monthly increase in building exterior structures
Construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 1.10 percent compared to the previous month and by 130.51 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 1.09 percent, while the labor index increased by 1.13 percent.
In addition, the material index increased by 147.20 percent and the labor index increased by 83.36 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
