According to the statement of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Ziraat Turkish Cup 1st Qualification Round The draw was held at TFF Riva Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities.

A total of 52 teams, 34 from TFF 3rd League and one amateur team from 18 provinces without professional teams, will participate in the first qualifying round competitions. The first round matches will be played on 13, 14 and 15 September. Competitions will be held according to the single-elimination method and regionally.
