Our newspaper’s writer Barış Pehlivan “21 of those who are one” In his column titled, he wrote about the imprisoned soldiers of the February 28 trial. Saying “I remind you again and again, the average age is 80”, Pehlivan also asked some questions about the recent developments regarding the ruling party.
Pehlivan used the following expressions in the article he wrote regarding the February 28 trial:
“I am writing about the soldiers of the February 28 trial who are in prison. I remind them again and again, their average age is 80.
I hear from the daughter of Ahmet Çörekçi, who was arrested for the second time: “As you know, my father was 81 years old in Sincan. Again, an advanced age… He suffered from kidney problems under those conditions. Shortly after they came out, they had one kidney removed with the diagnosis of cancer. Now he is 90 years old and his only remaining kidney is at risk again. Other ailments include high blood pressure, impaired hearing and vision, slowed motor movements, and extreme weight loss.
Retired general Kenan Deniz has Parkinson’s disease. So much so that it is difficult to even hold the handset of the phone during closed call.
The state knows; 83-year-old Hakkı Kılınç fell unconscious while meeting with his family. He suffers from dizziness due to vertigo and severe respiratory distress due to sleep apnea.
Likewise, five veins of Çetin Doğan were bypassed. He struggles with many ailments, from diabetes to high blood pressure. And unfortunately, he has a hard time even putting on his socks.
In summary, all the convicts of the February 28 case have enough discomfort to be treated in all rooms of a hospital.
May I remind you: the prosecutors who investigated them and wrote the indictment of the case, the judges who made the first arrests and took part in the court process, the persons who provided documents to the judiciary, the TÜBİTAK officers who gave a “reliable” report on those documents, the military personnel who delivered the documents to the prosecutor from the General Staff, in short. Everyone who “touched” this case was somehow connected to FETO.

Indeed, was the name, who was the director of transportation services in a district municipality of Istanbul with AKP, caught on the run? Is the identity of the person whose relationship with FETO is kept secret?”
