Turkey did not remain indifferent to the flood disaster in Pakistan since 14 June. The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that 2 planes carrying aid supplies departed from Ankara.

More than 1,000 lives were lost in floods due to heavy rains in Pakistan.

According to Pakistan National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) data, 119 people lost their lives and 71 people were injured in the last 24 hours in the country.

More than 285 thousand houses were destroyed

In the disaster, which killed more than 1000 people and injured more than 1,500 people, structures were also damaged. 149 bridges and more than 285,000 houses were completely destroyed.

The water level of the Kabul River, which passes through the city of Novshera, rose. Residents were evacuated due to the flooding of settlements.
