Those who oppose the “head teacher” or the “empty teacher”?

In 1946, with the “Fulbright Agreement”, which was initiated with a bill submitted by the US Senator J. William Fulbright to the American Congress and signed on December 27, 1947, during the time of the CHP’s national chief İsmet İnönü, it has been bent over by foreign powers for 75 years. twisted…

The “National Education”, which has no scientific reality and is prepared with evolutionist preconceptions, does not fit the chemistry of Muslim Anatolia, postpones the fact of creation, harms belief in Allah and is shaped by curricula in which atheist ideas are imposed.

Despite all the moves of the current and past governments, the failure has not been resolved at the desired rate until now, and our education system has been trying to be kept alive with palliative solutions for years.

When the wrong teacher policies are added on top of that, the problem becomes more and more intractable.

In this article, I would like to say a few words about our teachers, who are indispensable for the education army. Because I think that the source of the problem in the system lies in the people who give the education, namely the teachers, rather than the way and means of education.

Because although mostly students have been declared as scapegoats until today…

Since the main purpose and goal of education is to raise “humans”, the most important factor in this problem is undoubtedly “teachers”, who are “people who train people”.

Looking at the past practices, unqualified teacher appointments left permanent damage to the system.

For example…

During the 1978-1979 CHP government, the three-year ‘Education Faculties’ established under the Ministry of National Education, which set out with the promise of ‘formal education at the university’ for every citizen, accelerated them and taught them 15 days per year, and after a total of 45 days of ‘accelerated education’, the teacher Bulent Ecevit, nicknamed ‘Karaoğlan’, who thinks he has grown (!)

Let alone providing a quality education, with around 100 thousand teachers who see only two hours per week and who are appointed by torpedo under the so-called ‘interview’ because they cannot take the exam with four hours of lessons in two weeks…

It is almost as if match water was poured into the root of the National Education.

Moreover, since 99% of the Education Institutes are in the hands of the left factions, those militants who look like teachers who are trained as illiterate accelerated;

“Can you describe the general characteristics of our literature during the Ottoman Empire, taking into account the socioeconomic structure?” not even understanding the question…

“At the time of the Ottoman Empire, the slave system was first dominated. Then, there was feudalism, which was in the state of semi-slave”, giving memorized shallow answers, cutting the ties with the past of several generations.

OK then!..

In the 1996-1997 REFAHYOL period; What about the problem of “teachers who are not teachers” caused by four-year university graduates who graduated from faculties such as ‘agriculture’, ‘veterinary medicine’, ‘dentistry’, ‘pharmacy’ and ‘forest’ and were made teachers to raise students while they were supposed to raise grass or cattle? ?

Unfortunately, due to the wrong practices at that time, approximately 7 thousand people who had nothing to do with teaching were included in the education community. Fortunately, the AK Party government, led by President Erdogan, has turned from this historical mistake by sending the majority of these people to state institutions related to their fields as soon as they took office.

In my opinion, the government took the most important step for the country’s education with the ‘Teaching Profession Law’ published in the Official Gazette on February 14, 2022.

Hopefully, with the ‘Teaching Profession Law’, which is causing great discomfort on the left-secular side and not enough attention on the right-conservative side, the chronic malfunctions in the system seem to be eliminated to a large extent.

Because, with the new regulation that includes teaching among ‘career-based occupational groups’, teachers are classified according to their knowledge, experience and equipment, and their duties and responsibilities are clarified with candidate teaching, teaching, specialist teaching and head teacher cadres. Teachers who love their profession and are self-confident will gain the necessary attention and rights to this application together.

According to the data announced by President Erdogan the previous day, 614 thousand 446 of the current 1 million 100 thousand teachers applied for the positions of “specialist teacher” and “head teacher”. Since nearly 90,000 teachers, who have master’s and doctorate degrees, are already exempt from the exam, there is a small group that resists this historical reform.

This group and the disgraceful stakeholders that incite them, the left-wing education unions and the reluctant mentality have been objecting to the Teaching Profession Law for a long time, demanding its annulment, on the false grounds that “Workplace peace will be disturbed”.

With the provocation of the opposition and unions such as Eğitim-İş, this group, who opposed being a head teacher thinking that they would not get a passing grade of 70 in the exam, and could not even comprehend the new generation questions, probably because they did not improve themselves, disobeyed on August 31 across the country under the title of “respect for the teacher”. preparing to take action.

Of course, when you see the educators who oppose this practice, which will identify and register the knowledge, experience and equipment of the educators, one’s mind naturally;

I wonder, those who oppose the head teacher, or the “empty teacher”? comes the question.
