The UN General Assembly met in special session after Russia vetoed last week’s Security Council resolution condemning the illegal referendums and annexation resolution in eastern Ukraine.
UN SECURITY COUNCIL DOES NOT FULFILL ITS ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Indicating that the UN General Assembly convened in a historic emergency session again, Limited said that the UN Security Council had once again failed to fulfill its main responsibility of ensuring peace and security.

Emphasizing that everyone needs an international order based on rules, that crises must be resolved through peaceful means and that it is everyone’s common responsibility to protect the principles in the UN Charter, Limited said that Turkey will vote in the General Assembly this week “Russia, illegal law in the east of Ukraine”.
