59th starting October 1st Antalya Golden orange Film The 1-week marathon has come to an end. 10 films competed in the National Feature Film Competition, 10 films in the International Feature Film Competition, 10 films in the National Documentary Film Competition, and 12 films in the National Short Feature Film Competition. During the festival week, where different events and film screenings were held, 66 films screened at 5 different points met with the audience.
Before the ceremony, in which 22 awards will be given in 4 different categories, the candidates and guests walked on the red carpet and entered the Antalya Indoor Sports Hall, where the ceremony will be held. “WE WATCHED 12 WONDERFUL MOVIES”
Making a statement to the journalists on the red carpet, National Short Film Competition jury member Ezgi Mola said, “We watched 12 wonderful films. Today we made our final evaluations. We watched 12 short films by 12 wonderful directors together. We were filled with hope. MINI CONCERT BY NÜKHET DURU
The opening of the 59th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival Award Night started with a mini concert by Nükhet Duru. During her concert, Duru congratulated the award-winning and non-awarded film artists.

NATIONAL FEATURE FILM COMPETITION AWARD CATEGORIES

Best Supporting Actress: Laçin Ceylan from Ayna Ayna won
Best Supporting Actor: Erol Babaoğlu from the movie Dry Days won.
Best Music: Stefan Will, who composed the soundtrack for the movie Dry Days, won.
SPECIAL PRIZES
Film Directors Association (FİLM-YÖN) Best Director Award: Emin Alper, the director of the film Dry Days.
Cinema and Writers Association (SİYAD) Best Film Award: The award given in memory of Murat Özer, who passed away in March, won the award for the film “Kurak Günler”. Its director, Emin Alper, received the award.
NATIONAL DOCUMENTARY FILM COMPETITION
Best Documentary Film: The award for Kimri Mihri was given to its director, Berna Gençalp.
