housewife, taxi driver, carpenter, hairdresser became a cyber expert!

Three weeks ago, I brought up the issue of recruiting 500 IT specialists to the Department of Combating Cybercrime within the General Directorate of Security, in Magnitec.

The story of the informatics experts who were recruited to the police force within the framework of the special Decree published in order to ensure that the data to be used in the judicial and administrative investigations of the 15 July process could be obtained more quickly, had a lot of repercussions.

For those who want to refresh their memory instead of summarizing because the subject is a bit detailed, please follow the link of the article. I left.

In the meantime, I have reached new information and claims on the subject.

Namely, it is stated that big “torpedo wars” took place behind the purchases made in accordance with a provision added to the Law on the Police Organization in the Decree No. 678.

Allegedly; In the period when the recruitment of 500 people will take place, the name lists prepared with the demands of the ruling party’s staff were submitted to the Ministry of Interior. As I mentioned in the first article, the lists suddenly changed on the last day!

The lists were prepared again at the request of Minister Soylu. After Soylu’s instruction that “these will be taken”, the news of the development in the close circle caused a crisis. Almost all of the demands of AKP cadres remained unlisted.

Those who asked were told that “there is a torpedo bigger than a torpedo”.

On the other hand, it is alleged that cyber experts were recruited to the Cybercrime Department for a temporary period of three years through a private firm doing business with the institution.

At this point, another piece of information I have just reached is; status of qualification certificates submitted to the state by personnel recruited as IT specialists.

Allegedly, some of the “professional certificates” submitted by those who will be recruited to prove their IT specialist qualifications to the state were faked. Even an intermediary firm was used for this transaction. The firm printed and delivered the aforementioned vocational qualification certificates to a contracted printing house on behalf of the candidates who will enter the institution.

Thus, candidates who have no knowledge or qualifications in informatics became certified!

In connection with this situation, it was time for those who were first recruited to the Department of Combating Cybercrime with the status of temporary expert with the Decree No. 678, and then transferred from subcontracting to permanent staff with the Decree No. 696.

According to the information I have received, there are housewives, hairdressers, carpenters and even taxi drivers among those who are given the cyber expert staff, as well as those who are really competent in informatics, but who throw a torpedo-dry cover.

Undoubtedly, the recruitment of these people, who have never crossed paths with computers and informatics in their lives, as cyber specialists, caused problems.

A source I interviewed, while describing the cyber experts in question who were unaware of information technologies, humorously explained the lack of knowledge and equipment of those recruited to the institution by saying “they were turning computers on and off with the on/off button”.

Those who were appointed as experts in the Department of Combating Cybercrime during a very difficult period, but did not have enough knowledge to specialize, received “six months” special training in the same department.

After this training, cybercriminals with torpedoes took charge with the police, who are real experts in combating cybercrime.

By the way, there is another development regarding cyber experts.

Allegedly, nearly 20 engineers petitioned the institution to leave after the picture emerged in the Cybercrime Department. It is stated that most of the petitioners are among those working in the software unit of the flat.

By the way, in the previous article, I asked the relatives of Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu if there was a cyber expert who was taken into the flat. Unfortunately, there was no official answer to the question.

However, according to the information I received, some names from the family of Minister Soylu were made cyber experts. In fact, one of these names is his own brother’s child. Another is his uncle’s son. Again, some of his relatives were recruited by his mother to the staff of the Department of Combating Cybercrime.

Of course, if Minister Soylu is involved, wouldn’t those who carry out the process have torpedoes?

For example, there is a claim that four relatives of Akın Zaimoğlu, who was the head of the department at the time of personnel recruitment and is still the Head of Security Intelligence, were recruited. In fact, one of his relatives is still on duty at the Cyber Crime Branch of the Istanbul Police Department.

Again, three relatives of Erdal Çetinkaya, who was Zaimoğlu’s assistant in the same period and who later became the Head of the Department of Combating Cybercrime, and Çetin Bozkuş, who was the deputy head of department and is still the Deputy Head of Intelligence, was started to work in the state from the same staff.

This is the table.

If the Ministry of Internal Affairs responds to the allegations, I will announce it through the Magnifier.

I follow the developments, I will pass on new information when I get it.

Muhterem İnce is at the peak of his career!

At the end of the voting held on Wednesday in the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, he served as “number two” in the Ministry of Interior for a term. Reverend Finewas elected as a member of the Constitutional Court.

İnce has served as undersecretary and deputy minister at the Ministry of Interior since 2016.

counted from AKP’s base Knowledge Dissemination Foundation Ince, who is the founder of the company, was personally appointed as Soylu’s assistant by President Erdogan. Ince was not Soylu’s choice. İnce, who is still the deputy minister, whom he knew closely when he became the undersecretary, İsmail Çataklı’He had him brought to him from the Kilis Governorate.

Ince sometimes clashed with Minister Soylu, as he was the AKP’s representative in the ministry. Ince, who was dissatisfied with some of Soylu’s appointments and assignments in the civil administration and police force, has recently come to the point of breaking with Soylu. Soylu and İnce managed the situation against President Erdoğan for a while, pretending that there was no problem between them.

However, it was understood that the ties between Soylu and İnce were broken when İnce was elected as a member of the Court of Accounts in the voting held in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

In fact, after he was elected as a member of the Court of Accounts, “running step” started his new job. Even a farewell ceremony was not held at the ministry for İnce, who has been working at a very critical unit such as the General Directorate of Personnel since 2009.

Ince, apart from Soylu, was also at odds with his team at the police station from time to time. The breaking point with Soylu’s team was the assignment to the Istanbul Police Department. President Erdoğan vetoed the three names suggested by Soylu, and with the suggestion of İnce. Zafer AktasHis appointment as the Istanbul Police Chief was, so to speak, the tip of the glass.

Let me add one more point. According to the information in the backstage; During the deepening of the investigations initiated against FETÖ’s civil administration structure in Tokat, İnce was also present as Deputy Minister of Interior in the operation to dismiss Tokat Chief Public Prosecutor Erdoğan Bayraktar from office.

As a result, İnce worked as a district governor, Ministry of Internal Affairs General Directorate of Personnel, governorship, undersecretary, deputy minister, and a member of the Court of Accounts. Ultimately, he will now be a member of the Constitutional Court.
