Palandoken said, “We are a professional group that serves from morning until late at night. Our employees work for 8 hours and leave, but we work for 18 hours. When we retire, the salary we receive is disproportionate to the salary of the employee with us. We say that we need to get a pension at the minimum wage level,” he said.
A step is expected from the Government’s side regarding pensions by the end of this year. It is claimed that before the 2023 elections, with a good news for the retirees, the monthly salary can be increased to the minimum wage level of 5,500 TL.
