Yapı Kredi increased the amount of three-year salary promotions given to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality employees by approximately seven times, from 3 thousand 810 Turkish liras (TL) to 27 thousand liras. Vakıfbank, by amending the contract it signed with EGM in March, increased the promotion from 18 thousand TL to 28 thousand TL.

Turkey’s largest glass mold manufacturer OMCO Kalıp ve Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi signed a contract with İşbank in the promotional negotiations it conducted with banks.
According to the agreement reached between OMCO and İşbank, a promotion of 22 thousand Turkish Liras will be paid to each employee in return for the salary account. The promotional contract will be valid for three years.
22 thousand TL will be deposited into each employee’s bank account in one go in October.
Employees who are in the trial phase will also be given the right to promotion.
A part of the shares of Istanbul Cam Kalıp, which is owned by Şişecam, İşbank’s subsidiary operating in the glass industry, was taken over by Belgian glass giant OMCO in 2001.
In 2017, all of the company shares were transferred to OMCO.
