Muhlis Asan was invited to the premiere of Orhan Aydın and Levent Üzümcü’s play ‘Don’t Forget Us’, staged at Şişli Cemil Candaş City Cultural Center. Asan, who attended the gala, stated that he did not feel well after a while and said to his friends, “I do not feel well, I will not be able to stay in the game” and left the hall.

Muhlis Asan, who returned to the house where he lived with his sister by taxi, became ill after a while. It was learned that Asan, who was taken to the hospital by his sister, had a heart attack as a result of the controls. Muhlis Asan, whose heart stopped for 7 minutes, was put to sleep as a precaution after being taken to the intensive care unit. It has been learned that Asan’s condition is critical.
WHO IS MUHLIS ASAN?
Muhlis Asan, who was born in 1958 in Iğdır, started his professional acting career in 1976 at the age of 18 at the Ankara Public Theater of Erkan Yücel.
Muhlis Asan performed in plays such as ‘Hamdi Ne Umdu Ne Buldu’, ‘People’s Power’, ‘Earthquake’ and ‘Cruelty’, as well as ‘German Bride’ and ‘Year 1921’ at the Lale Oraloğlu Theater between 1982 and 1986. He also acted in “Woyzeck Play”, “Gırgıriye Musical” with Müjdat Gezen, “Gırgıriye Musical”, Abdullah Şahin Nokta Theater, “Unfortunately Honorable” and “Yellow Boots Plays” in Zafer Diper’s Bizim Theatre.
