Don’t go to the amusement park with your iPhone 14

Apple introduced the iPhone 14 models at its last event. Apple met with its customers with 4 new models, iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The new phones introduced had some features that were not found in the others. Perhaps the most important of these features was the “Collision Detection” feature, which notifies the authorities when it detects that the user has had a car accident.

POLICE WARNED

Allegedly, the new feature considers bends, turns and sudden braking in roller coasters in amusement parks as a real accident and sends a location by informing law enforcement.

Amusement parks are filled with cops

Dentist Sara White, 39, said her iPhone 14 Pro automatically dialed 911 when she boarded the Mystic Timbers, a 109-foot roller coaster at Kings Island amusement park in Ohio.

At the same time, similar complaints came from many parts of the USA and the police flocked to the amusement parks.

After the events escalated, amusement parks in the USA warned users at the entrances and demanded that the phones be turned off.

A spokesperson from Apple stated that the feature works extremely well in detecting major crashes, but will improve over time.
