Donald Trump begins campaigning for the 2024 election

Former US President Donald Trump stated that there is “a different voter spirit than usual” for the 2024 presidential election, saying that the polls are on his side.

Former President Donald Trump, who is a candidate for the presidential elections to be held in the USA in 2024, made his first campaign speeches at the annual meeting of the Republican Party held in New Hempshire and in Columbia, the capital of the state of South Carolina.

“Biden’s weakness and incompetence brought us to the brink of World War III,” he said in a statement in South Carolina, suggesting that the Russia-Ukraine War could be over within 24 hours.

Expressing that he is more “determined and angry” than ever for the 2024 elections and that they will hold large rallies, Trump said, “There is a voter spirit that we have never seen before.”

Trump criticized the current President Joe Biden’s border, economic and social policies, giving examples of the policies they implemented during his presidency.

Saying that “the 2024 elections are our only chance to save our country,” Trump defended the view that the USA needs a leader who can resist leftist ideology, the deep state, the media and China.

“We need borders and fair and free elections. If you don’t have both, you don’t have a country. Most importantly, we will reverse every crisis and disaster created by (US President) Joe Biden.”

Recalling the searches made after the discovery of classified documents at his Florida mansion, Mar-a-Lago, which he said was “safely guarded”, Trump also blamed the FBI, which he claimed did not take the same stance when confidential documents were found in Biden’s personal office and residence.

Trump also said, “We have to be very careful,” after the allegations about Biden and his son Hunter Biden’s relations with Ukraine and the news about it were censored on Twitter. He expressed his criticism of the current system.

Noting that they will also fight against the manipulation of young people based on their gender, Trump said, “We will say stop to left-wing radical racists and perverts who are trying to brainwash our youth.” used the phrase.

Trump, on the other hand, said that they will overthrow the “regime of censorship” and that they will restore freedom of expression and find and liquidate “deep state members”.

Announcing Henry McMaster as the leader of the South Carolina campaign team, Trump said that the American people wanted change, arguing that the polls for the elections were on his side.

Donald Trump served as president from 2017-2021 and announced his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election on November 16, 2022.

For the 2024 elections, current President Joe Biden is expected to announce his candidacy before his “State of the Union” speech on February 7. Among the Republicans, names such as former Vice President Mike Pence, who is expected to be Trump’s rival, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley are expected to announce their candidacy soon.
