Bylock confession of TFF President and “free speech” lesson from prosecutor to EGM

When the agenda of the country is fast, some events are sometimes overlooked.

Especially for a long time, it has not been possible to keep up with the pace of events that have taken place in the center of the criminal world, as well as politics and economy.

Unfortunately, the events that explode one after another, the files and the “strange” developments related to them come to light, unfortunately, causing the events that should be followed in the agenda to be overlooked.

One of the overlooked ones is the President of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF). Mehmet Buyukeksi‘s confession with his own mouth that Bylock is on his phone!

Readers will remember; It was reported last June that the mobile phone belonging to TFF President Büyükekşi had a program called Bylock, which was used by FETÖ for communication between itself, but Büyükekşi was included in the “Purple Brain” system. Magnifying glassI announced in .

About the world of sports as well as Metin Külünk Büyükekşi, who was elected as a candidate for the Presidency of the TFF despite negative evaluations by a prominent figure of the AKP, such as Candas Tolga IsikHe preferred to remain silent until he answered his question about Purple Brain on the TV show of .

Upon the reminder of a friend, I watched the relevant episode of the television broadcast between Işık and Büyükekşi.

For those who overlook it like me, I’m quoting what happened between Işık and Büyükekşi here:

CTI: Do you have an ongoing FETO investigation regarding your brother?

MB: There is a very misconception here. Now there are some things that happened before December 17th. There is a court of inquiry about him. The court continues. According to the declaration of human rights, everyone is innocent until the consequences. We don’t have anything to be offended here, we don’t have any problems.

CTI: Is the judicial process still going on about your brother?

MB: Yeah yeah.

CTI: Apart from that, is there anyone in your family who has such a connection among your relatives, and is the convicted case process still going on?

MB: None.

CTI: You know, there are some people who involuntarily install Bylock on their phones, called this Mor Bey. It turned out that there was a list called Purple Brain during this counter-terrorism process. He wrote that your name and phone number are also on this Purple Brain list. Is this true?

MB: There may not be. Because I have two phones, one of them was in private pen, it may be related to it, but other than that, there is nothing.

CTI: So your own phone was not in the list of phones that were installed bylock unintentionally?

MB: Now I had two phones. One of my phones was in private pen. He had it, but if there was such a thing, I wouldn’t be able to continue working in those institutions anyway, no investigation was done.

* * *

As can be seen from the questions and answers; The President of the TFF gives a vague answer as “there may not be” instead of directly saying “there is no” that he is not on the list of Purple Brain.

The reason for this ambiguity is already clearer in the next reply.

Büyükekşi admits that he had two phones and that he had Bylock installed on his phone in the private pen. This is the phone number that entered the Purple Brain list!

At this point, it should be said that; It is known that in the FETO investigations carried out, some important people, such as the TFF President, usually use two phone numbers and one of these numbers has Bylock installed.

And again, what a coincidence; Such people’s phones with Bylock were either in their private pen, their advisors, or their family members!

They had not installed and used Bylock on these phones!

Of course, now you have to think; Do family members, consultants or private individuals have the chance to install Bylock without the knowledge of the people they live with / work with or work with?

It is also understood about the President of the TFF; private pen became the scapegoat.

Let me pose a question directly to Büyükekşi:

“If Bylock is installed on the phone in your private pen, did you have any judicial investigation opened about your private pen because Bylock was installed without your knowledge?”

From time to time, the followers of Gelinet are the General Director of Security. Mehmet AktasThey witness that I criticize .

All of these criticisms are related to Aktaş’s task.

I wrote about the decisions of the High Evaluation Board of the General Directorate of Security, which was held last May, with the title “Retirement Crisis in Security”. Magnifying glassDisturbed by Aktaş, he filed a criminal complaint against me at the courthouse through the institution’s lawyers.

The reason for the guilt is stated in my article: “The Ministry of Interior, who took advantage of the fight against FETO, took advantage of not only the police chiefs who had ties with FETO, but also the personnel who questioned the system, whose outlook on life did not coincide with the government, who did not comply with the social life style that the government tried to implement, and even those from different sects, to retire. did.” was the assessment.

Based on this assessment, Aktaş claimed that “the state’s military or security organization was publicly humiliated, insulted and slandered with a voice, written or video message” and demanded an investigation within the framework of Article 301 of the TCK.

Upon the complaint, the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office completed its investigation against me in June.

Prosecutor’s Office; In the decision he prepared after his research, he stated that “an act consisting of publishing some information that can be considered within the scope of public interest should be evaluated within the scope of freedom of expression and thought, therefore, the act will not constitute the crime of “publicly humiliating the military or security organization of the state”.

In the same decision, the Prosecutor’s Office decided to initiate an investigation and prosecution against him, even though it is known that there is no slanderous comment or evaluation in the news texts subject to the complaint in terms of the crime of slander, that the crime of slander may not be committed by making a notification or complaint to the competent authorities, or by means of the press and broadcast. He made the assessment that the legal elements of the crimes committed do not exist, since an unlawful act must be charged to a person in order to ensure the application of an administrative sanction, the alleged crime is one of the crimes committed intentionally, and there is no evidence that the suspect insulted with the intent to slander.

The prosecutor’s office, which examined the file, decided that “there is no room for prosecution” about the author of these lines, in the light of the data revealed.

It would be beneficial for Aktaş to read the said decision. Because, the prosecutor’s office gives a “free speech lesson” between the lines.

Let me add a topic; The complaint in question is not Aktaş’s first application.

The prosecutor’s office responded in a similar way to Aktaş, who made a similar application after my assessment of the “Low-profile Chief of Police” before.

In the meantime, it would not be wrong to say that Aktaş made efforts through the courthouse in order to prevent the fulfillment of a public duty such as journalism.

However, when we look at the decisions of the courthouse; It gives hope to see that there are prosecutors who make fair decisions.
