Backstages are moving… ‘There are those in the AKP who think that the Erdogan era is over’

Milli Gazete columnist Zeki Ceyhan said that if AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan falls from power, there will be great debates within the AKP. Ceyhan commented, “Today, it is undoubtedly the fear of the ‘chief’ that holds AKP supporters together.”

In today’s article, Ceyhan wrote that “there are those in the AKP who think that the Erdogan era is over.” Claiming that those who think this way are preparing for the post-Erdogan, Ceyhan wrote:

“It is true, the “chief era” in the ruling party is in the process of coming to an end. We are constantly hearing rumors in this direction. It is also true that preparations have been made for the aftermath of the “chief era”. But in our opinion, there is no need to make such preparations! Because after the “chief era”, “red hells” will break out in the ruling party AKP! Today, those who show each other sticks made of gold, will they be content to only show each other sticks made of gold when the “chief era” is over?

Of course they won’t be enough! It will be a matter of time before the sticks under the aba are removed and they get into each other. So, how do those who are so resentful and ambitious against each other now stand together as brothers and sisters? Undoubtedly, “fear of the chief” keeps them together today.”

In his article, Ceyhan also included the following statements: “As the power that holds AKP supporters together will disappear when the President’s term ends, many new parties may emerge”.
