Maktul Mahmutyazıcıoğlu has been adjourned to the second day of the hearing held at the Bakırköy 12th High Criminal Court regarding the death of Beşiktaş’s former manager, Ece Erken’s wife, lawyer Şafak Mahmutyazıcıoğlu as a result of an armed attack at the fish restaurant of which he was a partner in Yeşilköy on January 27. ‘s elder brother Celal Mahmutyazıcıoğlu attended. While 10 detained defendants were brought from the prison where they were detained, 10 pending defendants and their lawyers were present in the courtroom.

Kerem Öztürk, the detained defendant who first agreed with Suphi Malgaz to find a customer for the flat, but then fell into conflict after learning that Malgaz received a commission of 170 thousand TL. “Relating to the flat for sale, Suphi Malgaz said that he would get the flat to be bought by a familiar person. We agreed on 1 million 480 thousand TL. I owed 480 thousand TL to my friend Gökhan Karakan. I was going to pay my debt with the money I got from Malgaz. I said, ‘Come, let’s count the cash together.’ Later, we learned that the person who bought the house bought the house for 1 million 650 thousand TL and the person who bought the house was Gökhan’s friend. At that moment, boiling water was poured over my head. “I don’t know. I don’t know.” At that moment, Gökhan picked up the phone and hung up. Later, Suphi and Gökhan started talking. Gökhan said that Suphi did not pick up their phone and said to me, ‘I will reach someone who knows this man.’ He told me that a man named Şafak came, he cursed all the time, but they reached a compromise.
