In the statement, Kalyon Holding’s British Export Credit Agency-UK Export Finance (UKEF), JP Morgan Chase Bank, DenizBank, Garanti BBVA, ICBC, Türkiye İş Bankası, Turkey Development and Investment Bank, Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası and VakıfBank for Kalyon Karapınar GES It was noted that a total of 812 million dollars financing agreement was signed with 12-year maturity and this financing success in the project resulted in an award in the “Best Financing Solution” category in 2022 by Adam Smith.

Murathan Kalyoncu, Member of the Board of Directors of Kalyon Holding, whose views are included in the statement, stated that Kalyon Karapınar SPP is an important project in terms of access to foreign capital and funding in the energy sector and said:
