In the second part of our dossier, which we started on electric vehicles, we will examine which electric cars will be offered for sale in Turkey in 2023.
According to the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD) data, the number of electric cars sold in Turkey exploded by 252 percent in 2022, reaching 7,733 units for the first time, achieving a market share of over 1 percent and 1.3 percent of the market. built his reputation.
However, the Turkish Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Association (TEHAD) announced that electric cars will reach a higher sales figure in 2022.
So much so that Skywell, one of the brands we mentioned in the first part of our file, is not a member of ODMD, so the cars sold by the company are not reflected in the sales figures announced by the association.
Considering that Skywell has reached a sales figure of 1,150 units in 2022 with the ET5 model, it is seen that the sales of electric cars approached 9 thousand units last year and the market share was at the level of 1.5 percent.
