The statement continued:

“Accordingly, the short sale transaction in the stocks subject to short sale may be carried out at a price higher than the most recent transaction price of the capital market instrument subject to short sale. However, the latest price of the capital market instrument subject to short sale may be higher than the previous price. In case of a short sale transaction, it can also be made at the last price level.


Since sales made during the day without owning and closed with purchases made later on the same day are also within the scope of short selling, it is important to show the necessary care and diligence in transmitting orders for such sales by our investors and investment institutions by marking the short selling option.
