Hatayspor Honorary President and Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Lütfü Savaş said that Luis, who played in clubs such as Braga, Porto, Lokomotiv Moscow and Gil Vicente, will add strength to the team at the signing ceremony held at the Metropolitan Municipality Sports Complex and Life Center.
Stating that they could not get the results they wanted in the league this season, Savaş said:
