Among the documents disclosed, the e-mail of a Republican lawyer regarding the lawsuit filed against the 2020 elections in the state of Georgia to the White House also drew attention.

On the other hand, there were also documents related to some cases and legal disputes among the documents, and the documents examined by the special team were sealed and presented to the court.

CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS INVESTIGATION ABOUT TRUMP

Old USA President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida was searched by FBI agents on the morning of August 8th.

US Attorney General Merrick Garland, in his first statement 3 days after the raid, said that he had approved the search of Trump’s mansion, and announced that they had applied to the Florida District Court for the Department of Justice’s search warrant and the declassification of the confiscated materials for a clearer understanding of the incident after the public debate.

After Trump stated that he was not against sharing the search warrant with the public, the federal judge announced the search warrant and the list of seized materials to the public on August 12.

In the details of the “search warrant”, it was stated that FBI agents were investigating possible violations of three different federal laws under the Espionage Act, and 11 sets of documents stamped “top secret” were obtained in the raid.

Trump applied to the Florida Federal Court to request an “independent arbitrator or a special judge” review of the documents he claimed to have been taken from Mar-a-Lago due to “political enmity”. Raymond Dearie was commissioned.

Dearie was asked to review documents taken from Trump’s home by mid-December for “confidentiality violations”.

The Justice Department also appealed the Florida Federal Court’s decision by an “independent arbitrator or special judge” to temporarily prohibit the use of many of the documents seized in the process during the investigation process.

Trump also took the ongoing legal debate about the classified documents to the US Supreme Court yesterday, requesting that the documents in question be reviewed by an “independent arbitrator or special judge.”

The U.S. Court of Appeals has said it will expedite a request for “review by an independent arbitrator or special judge” of classified documents seized at Trump’s estate.
