The child continued to vomit, his fever did not decrease. Her family took the little girl to another hospital. They hooked up an oxygen tube, but soon told her mother that she had lost him.

The funeral was held the next day. Those who attended the funeral noticed that there was a condensation on the glass coffin. His grandmother opened the coffin and they experienced the greatest surprise and happiness of their lives at the same time when they saw that the child’s pulse was beating and his eyes were moving. The child was immediately taken by ambulance to Salinas Hospital, where he was previously taken.

Her mother, Mary Jane Mendoza, accused Salinas Hospital of negligence, who said her daughter would start kindergarten next week. She said from the beginning that they were considering filing a lawsuit by stating that the right intervention was not done.

While the prosecutor’s office started an investigation, it was stated that an autopsy would be carried out on the little girl.
