German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock argued that there would be no two-state solution in Cyprus.
According to the news of AA; After the meeting in Berlin, Baerbock and Greek Cypriot Administration (GCA) Foreign Minister Yoannis Kasulidis held a joint press conference.
Noting that the Cyprus issue was discussed at the meeting, Baerbock said, “Germany stands firmly on your side. A solution can only be based on UN resolutions. “There can be no two-state solution in Cyprus,” he said.
Emphasizing that there can only be a solution to the Cyprus issue based on United Nations (UN) resolutions, Baerbock noted that they are ready to support the Greek Cypriot Administration in new proposals.
