CANNOT BE SOLD DURING 5 YEARS
The acquired immovables cannot be transferred or assigned, and cannot be subject to a promise to sell, except in cases of unregistered acquisition, for a period of 5 years from the date of financing, upon the request of the bank providing the financing.
