The public offering of Aztek Teknoloji was completed. Aztek Teknoloji’s free float rate was 25 percent and the public offering size was 272.5 million TL. Aztek Teknoloji also broke a new record by reaching the highest demand among the public offerings this year, with a demand of 7.92 billion TL, 29 times the size of the public offering.
Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the public offering of consumer electronics products distributor Aztek Teknoloji on August 5th.
In the statement made by Deniz Yatırım Menkul Değerler regarding the results of the public offering, it was stated that all shares with a nominal value of 25 million TL, 20 million TL through capital increase and 5 million TL through partner sales, were sold.
In the statement, it was stated that “unfiltered demand was received by individual investors approximately 10.1 times of the final allocation amount, approximately 80.1 times the final allocation amount to high applicant investors, and approximately 14.9 times the final allocation amount to domestic institutional investors.”
