Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a statement about the Russian Peacekeeping Forces deployed in the Lachin Corridor, “The most urgent issue right now is the crisis we are experiencing in the Lachin Corridor. You know that the Lachin Corridor has been closed for 20 days. This is the Russian Peace Corps in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the tripartite declaration of the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan on November 9, 2020, the Lachin Corridor should be under the control of the Russian Peacekeeping Force. Azerbaijan should have ensured the smooth passage of passengers and cargo. However, at the moment, the Lachin Corridor is not under the control of the Russian Peacekeeping Forces.
