RUSSIAN CITIZEN WILL BE ACCEPTED

PRESIDENT AND GOVERNOR APPOINTED
In addition, with the decrees he signed, Putin appointed a temporary president and governor to the regions. The lower house of the Russian parliament, the Duma, adopted the laws on the annexation of 4 regions by Russia on 3 October. The upper house of the parliament, the Federation Council, also approved the laws yesterday.
