Evaluating the demand of our clubs, with the announcement that the Reserve League application will start again, our Board of Directors, in order to provide our clubs with the opportunity to recruit and train young players with more affordable prices and to earn income from them in the future, 3 players aged 21 and under, who have played in at least 10 competitions for their national teams, including U14. allowed the transfer of foreign national football players.
As a result of the concerted efforts with our clubs, regarding three foreigners aged 21 and under;
– To have played at least 3 times in total in the U21 or A National teams of his country,
– The criteria of having played more than 25 matches in total in the top or lower leagues of the country federations in the top 20 in the world ranking list announced by FIFA on 23.06.2022 have been revised.
Therefore, according to the decision taken by our Federation as a result of joint work with our clubs, there is no 21 foreign practice.
As in the previous season, a maximum of 8 foreign players can be on the field at the same time, and a maximum of 6 foreign players in the bench.
In addition, as a result of the agreement made with the Association of Clubs Foundation; A total of 17 foreign nationals, 3 of whom are under the age of 21, have been given the right to list 14 foreign nationals on the A-Team list of 35 people.
