Apple has announced iPhone models that will receive the iOS 16 update. Some older models will not receive updates.
Apple’s; The WWDC developer conference, where products such as iPhone, Apple Watch and iPad introduced new software and features, took place on June 6-10 and iOS 16 was introduced.
Introducing the iPhone 14 models at the event held last night, Apple announced that iOS 16 will be available from September 12.
However All iPhone models with iOS 15 operating system, iOS 16 update won’t get it.
iPhones to get iOS 16 update
According to the official information shared by Apple, the iOS 16 update will only be sent to iPhone 8 and newer iPhone models. Therefore, the iPhone 6S, iPhone 7 and iPhone SE (1st generation), which are still attracting attention even today, will not receive updates.
