JUNE INFLATION NUMBERS ANNOUNCED!

Inflation figures for June, which are decisive for the increase in pensioners and civil servants, were announced by TURKSTAT on Monday, July 4th.

TurkStat announced the consumer inflation for the period of June 2022. Accordingly, consumer prices increased by 4.95 percent in June. Annual inflation was 78.62 percent. The expectation was 4.44 percent monthly and 77.75 percent annually.

RETIRED JULY INCREASE IS CLEAR!

Retirement salary increase rate has been announced. With the announcement of the inflation data for June, the salary hikes of pensioners and civil servants became clear.

Accordingly, SSK and BAĞ – KUR pensions 42.35 percent civil servants and retired civil servants 41.69 percent rate will increase.

MINIMUM RETIREMENT MONEY WILL BE 3500 TL

According to the news of Ahmet Kıvanç from Habertürk; The lowest pension, which was applied as 1500 TL last year, was increased to 2 thousand 500 this year. However, due to the high inflation in the first half of the year, it rose to 3 thousand 500 liras during the debates in the Parliament regarding the additional indicator last week.

When the normal pension is increased by 42.35 percent, the pensions below 3500 liras will be completed by the treasury to 3 thousand 500 liras. It is calculated that approximately 1.7 million retirees will benefit from this and the cost will be 3.7 billion liras.

Normally, the lowest monthly salary is 2 thousand 41 liras for SSK members who retired after 2000, 2 thousand 399 liras for tradesmen BAĞ-KUR members, and 2 thousand 262 liras for agricultural BAĞ-KUR members.

When these amounts are increased by 42.35 percent, they will increase to 2 thousand 905, 3 thousand 415 and 3 thousand 219 liras, respectively. The difference will be covered by the treasury and will be completed to 3 thousand 500 liras. The lowest pension, which was 3 thousand 293 liras for SSK retirees before 2000, will be 4 thousand 687 liras.
