The Central Arbitration Board made a historic practice in the promotion courses it held between 25 December and 29 December.
He organized a promotion course from Regional Referee to C Division referee, from C Division referee to B Division referee, from B Division referee to A Division referee, from A Division referee to Sper League referee staff. The referees who attended this course were given 5 different tests at the same time. The tests performed in a completely transparent environment were recorded with a camera. All classifications were determined as a result of these 5 tests. It is also on the agenda to conduct these tests to the current Sper League referees. Within the scope of promotion courses organized in Turkish Football Federation Hasan Doan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities; Image, written, physical, English and interview tests were conducted. Images selected from UEFA clips were given to the referee, assistant referee and observers. Referees were asked to make an immediate decision on these positions.
GAME RULES IN THE WRITTEN EXAM
Game rules written exams were conducted with different questions for each category. The game rule information of all referees was clearly llm.
YO-YO OR ARET TESTED
Athletic tests (Yo-Yo or Ariet) at different scales were applied to referees and assistant referees by the Physical Development team and anthropometric measurements were made.
NGLZ SEVYES LLD
English speaking level assessments online were applied to referees and assistant referees in each category by a professional company determined by the Turkish Football Federation.
MHK YELER IS READY
Finally, interviews were held with the referees, assistant referees and observers with the participation of all MHK members.
