A DANGEROUS GAME: While we are making sincere efforts to end wars and crises in the world, we follow the policies of our neighbor Greece, which smell of provocation and provocation, as an example. Greece is neither our political, military, nor economic interlocutor nor our equal, nor can it be. We know very well that the real intentions of those who provoked and unleashed Greek politicians are to prevent our program of building a great and powerful Turkey by distributing our country’s time and energy. However, this is a dangerous game for the Greek politicians, the Greek state, the Greek people and those who use them as puppets. I would like to remind you of the price paid to the Greek people and their rulers by our victories, whose 100th anniversary we celebrated just last August.
THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN THE ACCOUNT YET: The Greek rulers, who invaded their country politically, militarily and economically for the sake of their vicious political calculations, will sooner or later have to give an account to their own people. Those who celebrate events such as the Tripolice Massacre, in which the Turkish soldier brutally murdered babies, children, women and the elderly, trying to make them forget the days when they fled in front of his bayonet, as a day of victory, have not yet accounted for them before history. Of course, one day, the children and all innocent people whose boats are sunk in the Mediterranean and the Aegean and left to die or even murdered deliberately by the same mentality will certainly be held accountable one day. There is no freedom, no development, no honorable stance by hiding under someone’s skirts.
IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO BRING IT TO OUR LEVEL: The occupation-looking foreign military buildups all over Greece should not bother us, but the real Greek people. The economic and political engagements that will mortgage the next quarter century of Greece and which will definitely be paid for, do not threaten us, but the real Greek people. As Turkey, we watched this movie in the past and solved it; We closed that notebook and charted a new path for ourselves. Now, as a neighbor, we sincerely regret that Greece is clearly dragged into a similar disaster. Neither those military buildups nor those political and economic supports are enough to raise Greece to our level, but these wrong steps are enough to drag Greece into the swamp in every sense. As a result, we will not fail to defend our country’s rights and interests by using all the means at our disposal, when necessary, against Greece, which we continue to follow closely in every field. This is well known. But while doing this, we also make it clear that we will not make any concessions from our own political and economic goals and our own development programs.
SHANGHAI SUMMIT: We had productive contacts at the Shanghai Summit, which we attended upon the invitation of Uzbekistan President Mirzayev. We want to deepen our relations with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. We have clearly expressed this intention to our interlocutors during our contacts at the summit.

GOOD NEWS TO UNIVERSITIES: The regulation regarding the ability to make loan payments of university students only on the principal and the cancellation of their past debts will come to the agenda of the Assembly in October. We want to give good news to our university students. We are increasing the daily nutritional support we provide to our students staying in our higher education dormitories, where additional placements continue and the prices are not changed, from 25 liras to 60 liras per day. Thus, we increase the nutritional aid to 1,800 TL per month with a 2.5-fold increase.
ELECTRICITY CONVENIENCE FOR FARMERS: We are giving the good news of a new regulation regarding electricity bills, which is among the most important expense items of our farmers. From now on, electricity bills will be paid at the end of the harvest, when the products are sold and income is generated, instead of being paid monthly. At the end of the harvest period, Ziraat Bank will collect the interest-free loan to be opened for the electricity debts of our farmers who want to take advantage of this opportunity; It will also receive the cost of its cost from the Treasury. In addition, our farmers will be able to pay off their past electricity debts with a maturity of up to 5 years and interest-free repayments. It was agreed with the electricity distribution companies that the debts of the previous period be collected without any delay penalty and even with a waiver of a part of the principal.
HELP FOR ORPHANS: We increased the budget we allocated for social assistance programs from 6 billion liras to 11.5 billion liras in 2022. In this context, prefabricated house construction assistance from 40 thousand liras to 150 thousand liras, reinforced concrete house construction assistance from 70 thousand liras to 200 thousand liras, home repair assistance from 25 thousand liras to 75 thousand liras, orphans aid from 300 liras to 600 liras, aid to women whose spouses passed away from 500 liras. We increased the support for families with multiple births from 215 liras to 400 liras, and the conditional health aid from 55 liras to 100 liras.
2 thousand 500 TL NATURAL GAS SUPPORT: In the new application period, we included tenants as well as landlords in the scope of natural gas support. We also increased the support amount to be between 900 lira and 2 thousand 500 lira per household. 5 percent will be added to the payment made to households who have the right to receive natural gas support but have chronic patients or life support devices. In this period, we are determined to provide our citizens with a warm home in the snow and winter by providing natural gas support of 3 billion liras.
40 BILLION LIRA SUPPORT: We are expanding the scope of our Turkey Family Support Program, which has a successful budget of 15 billion liras, and we increase its budget to 40 billion liras with an additional 25 billion liras.
