Ece Erken filed a complaint against Benan Kocadereli

Ece Erken’s lawyer wife, Şafak Mahmutyazıcıoğlu, lost her life as a result of an armed attack last January at the restaurant she owned in Yeşilköy.

Allegedly, Ece Erken’s murdered wife, Şafak Mahmutyazıcıoğlu, was threatened by her brother, and then it turned out that there was an inheritance fight.

Ece Erken’s comment, “You are ruined by your brother’s property,” was responded to by ex-wife Benan Kocadereli with a message allegedly sent to the program commentator in a magazine program. According to the allegations, the message contained the statements “There is no such thing, everything is within my knowledge. His name is not the smuggling. Everything belongs to Naz and Eda. The real smuggler is someone else. The lawsuits are still continuing.”

“WE STRIVES TO MAKE OUR CLIENT BE SMALL IN FRONT OF THE PUBLIC”

According to the news in the morning newspaper, thereupon, Ece Erken filed a complaint through her lawyers and became a plaintiff from Benan Kocadereli.

In the petition filed by Ece Erken’s lawyers to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, “Benan Kocadereli is the ex-wife of our client’s deceased wife Şafak Mahmutyazıcıoğlu, but is also the mother of Naz and Eda.

The suspect texted the program commentator ‘Someone else who smuggled goods’ and the news commentators implied our client, Ece Erken. Our client stated that he refused the inheritance of his deceased wife months ago and stated that he would only go after the murderers of his wife. With the statements he made through a magazine program, the suspect is trying to form an opinion that our client aspires to the money he obtained from the life insurance of his wife, whose refusal he inherited, and tries to humiliate our client in front of the public.

LET A CASE BE OPENED

In the continuation of the petition, Ece Erken’s lawyers demanded that a public lawsuit be filed against Benan Kocadereli, saying, “The action is intended to offend the honor, honor and prestige of our client, who explained that he had previously denied inheritance and that he did not have any claim regarding his wife’s estate.”
