Chelsea announce another transfer

Chelsea does not slow down in the intermediate transfer period.

The Premier League team, lastly, tied Malo Gusto, who plays for Lyon, to their colors and added the 7th player to their squad during the interim transfer period.

Gusto will remain in Olympique Lyon, where he grew up from his youth, until the end of this season.

Chelsea have so far signed Mykhaylo Mudryk, Benoit Badiashile, Andrey Santos, Noni Madueke and David Datro Fofana, Joao Felix.


A total of 145 million euros spent

The London team signed long-term contracts with the players while paying around 145 million euros for these transfers.

Chelsea signed 8.5-year contracts with Mykhaylo Mudryk, 7-year contracts with David Datro Fofana and 7.5-year contracts with Benoit Badiashile. It was stated that the reason why the Blues signed long-term contracts with their new transfers was not to get caught up in Financial Fair Play and to reduce the burden of testimonial fees on the budget.
