Last minute news! At least 34 people were killed in a shooting attack on a childcare center in Thailand.
It was stated that children and adults were among the dead following the brutal massacre perpetrated by a former police officer.
The suspect has been identified as Panya Khamrap (pictured), who was allegedly fired by police after failing a drug test last year.KILLED AT LEAST 22 CHILDREN
Noting that 22 children have been confirmed dead so far, the police stated that 5 personnel, including an 8-month pregnant teacher, had been shot.
Eyewitnesses said dozens of blood-soaked bodies were scattered inside and around the building.
However, the suspect has been identified as Panya Khamrap, who was fired from the police post last year after failing a drug test and is set to appear in court tomorrow.
Khamrap is reported to have killed at least 22 children.Police Spokesperson Achayon Kraithong said Khramp opened fire in the early afternoon in the center of the town of Uthai Sawan in Nong Bua Lamphu province.
