Approval of 9 companies’ debt instrument issuance applications

The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the debt instrument issuance application of 9 companies with a total of 13 billion 267 million TL.

According to the weekly bulletin of the CMB, Ata Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 70 million TL, Sümer Faktoring AŞ for 112 million TL, Akdeniz Faktoring AŞ for 273 million TL, Garanti Faktoring AŞ for 982 million TL, Info Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ Borrowing instrument of Osmanli Yatirim Menkul Değerler AŞ for 580 million TL, Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ for 2 billion 750 million TL, Arçelik AŞ for 7 billion TL and Pınar Süt Mamulleri Sanayii AŞ 500 million TL. The application for export was allowed.

It has been decided to take legal actions in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law in order to prevent access to 15 websites that are determined to have leveraged transactions abroad for people residing in Turkey.

The Board also affirmed that the application for the amendment of the articles of association regarding the change of the trade name of BGC Partners Menkul Değerler AŞ to “Vesta Menkul Değerler AŞ” and the application for the amendment of the articles of association regarding the change of the trade name of Reel Kapital Menkul Değerler AŞ to “TFG Istanbul Menkul Değerler AŞ” also announced that it was welcomed.
