Angelina Jolie accused her estranged ex-wife, Brad Pitt, of physically assaulting her and her children in 2016.

In the ongoing lawsuit regarding the vineyard purchased by the ex-couple in France, Jolie claimed in the documents she submitted to the court that Pitt attacked her and her two children while drunk while on a plane ride on their private jet.

In the incident, which is stated to have taken place during the family’s trip from France to Los Angeles, Jolie argued that Pitt grabbed her by the head, shook her, strangled one of her children and hit the other in the face.

It was also alleged that Pitt also used verbal violence and spilled alcohol on family members.

Brad Pitt denied the accusations.

The harassment incident, which Jolie claimed to have taken place on September 14, 2016, was also included in the documents previously submitted to the court for divorce, but the details of the incident were included in the documents submitted to the court again on Tuesday by Jolie’s lawyers.

The case in question is about the vineyard and house they bought together in the south of France. Castle Miraval going through. Pitt accuses Jolie of selling her shares in the vineyard without her knowledge.

The famous couple bought the Miraval Castle in France jointly in 2008 and got married here six years later.

Pitt says he and his ex-wife made an agreement not to sell their shares without each other’s permission. In return, Jolie accuses Pitt of ending negotiations to buy her own shares.

Jolie sold her shares to a liquor company owned by a Russian oligarch.

In the documents submitted to the court, it is stated that Pitt mistreated his six children, aged between 8 and 15 at the time, during the said trip, and yelled at Jolie for being “too permissive with children”.

It is alleged that shortly after the plane took off, Pitt took Jolie to the plane’s bathroom, where he grabbed her by the head and shook her, then continued to shake her by pushing her shoulders against the bathroom wall:

“Pitt then punched the roof of the plane multiple times. One of the boys verbally intervened and Pitt jumped on him. Jolie grabbed Pitt from behind to stop him.”

“Pitt backed into the plane seats to save himself, while Jolie injured her back and elbow.”

“The children came and tried to protect each other. Pitt strangled one child and hit the other in the face. For the rest of the trip Jolie and the children had to sit quietly, not moving.”

“Pitt kept coming to the front from the back of the plane, shouting and swearing at the family. At one point, he spilled beer on Jolie and red wine on the kids.”

The incident was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 2016, but it was concluded that Pitt did not need to be charged with a legal charge.

Miraval Castle and its vineyard are located in the village of Correns in southeast France. The former couple bought the place in 2008 for 25 million euros.

Pitt paid 60 percent of this amount and Jolie paid 40 percent.

Brad Pitt alleges that his ex-wife Angelina Jolie tried to harm herself by selling her shares in the vineyard they co-owned to a Russian oligarch.

According to the lawsuit documents, Jolie sold her shares to a Luxembourg-based gin-producing firm controlled by Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler, and Pitt was unaware of the sale. Pitt’s lawsuit alleges that the famous actor’s carefully built wine growing business was aggressively taken away after the sale.

“Angelina Jolie tried to harm Brad Pitt with this sale. Jolie knew that Shefler and her partners would gain control of the wine growing business Pitt was building and wanted to undermine Pitt’s investments in Miraval,” the documents state.

Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt in 2016. Although the court accepted the separation of the couple, the case is still not officially concluded.
